Cancellation Policy

• An order is eligible for cancellation only before dispatching. (for prepaid orders)
• COD charges Rs.99/- is non – refundable (for cash on delivery orders)
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via UPI ID or the bank account used to make the payment.
• MADRASSIWEAVES  has full rights to cancel the order and refund your money anytime due to item unavailability , Incorrect information such as address, contact number, name, etc.
